A few years ago the World Bank noted that “If the wars of the twentieth century were fought over oil, the wars of this century will be fought over water.”
Lame. Are we there yet? Are we fighting over water? I don't want to admit that humans are back to that level. Granted, there is some truth to this. When I was in China this past summer, water was more expensive than beer. And, water is a necessity!
I know here in America, we are still going on over this oil war, when will we turn our concerns to the quality of water? I know for sure that I need to put some stock in the water bottling companies, stat!
